Whether you're looking to try something different or need an extra challenge to your fitness routine, our SUP yoga fitness class is most definitely the class for you! This class is our normal SUP yoga class with a fitness twist! We'll paddle for a bit longer to get our cardio, we'll hold a few more planks than normal, and then maybe throw in some mountain climbers and squats. This class is for ALL LEVELS!
