Gentle SUP Yoga

Increase mobility in your joints, lower stress levels, and renew the body as we enjoy a calming gentle yoga class which ends with some meditative restorative yoga postures. This class we'll play with gentle stretching, limited and very accessible standing postures, and end with long held restorative/yin postures. We'll enjoy the warmth of the sun, feel the breeze on our skin, and let the water lull us into a deep, renewing relaxation. All of our classes are excellent for beginners but this one is especially beginner friendly.
